Description
as Zero Suit Samus:Samus is such a strong and unique character, I decided to make this costume. I made the navy and lighter blue details out of stretch fabric that I sewed on to the main suit. I cut the emblems out of vinyl, hand painted the designs on, and attached them to the suit since I wanted them to have some dimension. I custom made my ponytail wig out of two wigs that I glued and hand sewed together. This costume was tricky to make and I obviously can't be as cool as Samus, but I tried my best on it.

How did you sew on the navy blue parts at the legs and arms? I'm doing a cosplay with very similar body suit issue and I'm afraid that it'll rip the body suit I bought, but I don't want to paint it because it is in an area that needs freedom to move. Suggestions? I don't have a ton of time to finish this cosplay, so if you had any suggestions to make it easier that would help... I'm doing Aqua from Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep in her full armour suit and it's the crotch area I'm worried about.
